Yes, signing up is free. You only pay a small fee when you complete a transaction using Pandascrow’s escrow or payout features.

Verification is done via our compliance page within the dashboard, via Dojah’s secure KYC service. You’ll upload a valid government-issued ID and complete a form with questions to access full escrow services.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. You can securely reset your password within minutes.

Pandascrow charges a flat 5% escrow fee on every successful transaction. This applies to freelancers, merchants, and business deals alike. Learn more

Yes. Naira withdrawals (to Nigerian bank accounts): ₦100 flat fee. International payouts: Variable rates based on country and currency.

Refunds are handled through our dispute resolution process. If the service or product is not delivered as agreed, you may request a full or partial refund based on the outcome.

With Pandascrow, clients must deposit funds into escrow before work begins. Once the work is delivered and approved, funds are released to you. This protects against fraud, ghosting, and late payments.

If the client becomes unresponsive, you can report a dispute, state your reason as work has been done, and request fund release. If there’s no objection from the other party within 5 days, funds are automatically paid out to you.

Yes. You can break your project into milestones. Each step is funded and released separately, ensuring ongoing protection and trust.

Not really, if there’s any need for proof during dispute it would be requested.

Buyers deposit funds into escrow first. You only deliver when funds are secured. Once the buyer confirms delivery, the money is released to your wallet.

If a customer changes their mind after delivery, you can file a dispute. You’ll provide evidence (photos, delivery receipts), and Pandascrow will mediate fairly.

Either party can open a dispute. Our dispute team will request evidence from both sides, review the case, and make a fair resolution within 2–5 business days.

Most cases are resolved in 2 to 5 business days, depending on complexity and how quickly both parties respond.

Yes. If you have new or stronger evidence, you can file an appeal, and your case will be reviewed again. Only valid within 48 hours after the case has been closed.

No. All disputes are handled free of charge for verified users.

The Pandascrow Store is a trusted marketplace where verified freelancers and merchants showcase their services or products, all backed by secure escrow payments. Learn more

Log in to your dashboard → Go to PandaStore → Create Store → Add Products. Listings are reviewed based on quality, delivery reliability, and user history. And only available to Merchant users.

Both digital (like designs, code, content) and physical goods (like furniture, gadgets) are welcome, as long as delivery can be verified.

No additional listing fees. Only the 2% transaction fee applies when a customer pays via escrow from the Store.
